Arcus Pinot Noir 2021

The nose leads with rich, dark cherries and ripe plum, followed by notes of green tea, eucalyptus and basaltic chalk. The palate is robust, showing berries, white pepper, strawberry rhubarb and a subtle, integrated stem-y note thanks to a small percentage of whole cluster fermentation. Offering tremendous length, this wine is floral and fruit-driven, speckled here and there with pleasant hints of spice.
